Obscurata

Obscurata is a casual adventure/puzzle game with strong exploration elements and deep philosophical undertones regarding personal growth, loss and closure, built from the ground up for the oculus rift.

The player will find themselves stranded on an abandoned island  following a plane crash at sea. 

They must venture throughout the dense forest and discover the secrets this island holds as well as the secrets within their own psyche while avoiding dangers and using elemental based psionic powers to solve puzzles, interact with their environment and defeat challenging boss fights.

The current alpha build is a first look at the beginning of our island environment as well as prototype versions of a few of the initial setpieces and a couple of the basic "psionic power" prototypes. This build is entirely a "walking simulator" at this time, please let us know in the comments if you discover any issues with performance, map geometry or visuals while exploring the island and it's ruins.
